Thanks Hilary...tried that and now the login on 2nd row is correct but then all other rows after that are the same as the 2nd? Infopath changed your statement to this; @LOGINID[@DISPLAY_NAME = current()/../CustomerName]  not sure if that is an issue. Thanks

Hi, You probably need to add current() to your default value for login: @LOGINID[@DISPLAY_NAME = current()/CustomerName]

Hi, and welcome: Can you add a field to your data source for the email address for the submit connection? Then you could use a rule on the region to change the value of that field. That way you have one Submit, to email, with the field as the 'To' value. Let me know if you need more detail.
