Hello Hilary,
I just tried what you sent to me, and I've adjusted it so that it calculates the entire page correctly. It works now!
Thank you so much for the help again.

I created two data connection to pull in the manager’s name of the person in the people picker on an infopath form. The form works fine on a new entry. When I edit the record I get an error querying a data source and the manager’s username and Preferredname is removed. I’ve searched with no avail to find the answer. I have to reenter the person in ...

When you compare the form's display on her screen to yours, does all the sizing look the same? What about the Windows DPI setting (mine is jacked up to 125% and I have to double check forms on a "normal" machine before I publish them). Maybe create a test form with a dropdown the same size & same options and see if it repros? I ...

Thanks for the reply, Hilary!
I checked with the user and she confirmed her IE text is set to medium. She should have all of the same updates to Office and Windows as the rest of us at work; we don't control them. Any other thoughts?
Thanks again!

On this SharePoint there is a Form Library, ...

Hi Hilary,
Thank you for the help so far--I'll give this a shot tomorrow when I get to the office.

Fun - see attached sample. Save the file locally, right click and select Design, and from there you can preview and try it out.... I'm highlighting the whole row on a mismatch of date. I've also set a default in field2 to show the value of the substring-before formula. Holler if you have any questions or need a hand implementing this ...

What about if you either set your submit options to open a new form on success (then set the submit options to submit via rules, so you have your double submit)? Or, you could make sure the submit options are set to leave the form open and put a New Record button on the form as well - hide it if the ID is blank.

What is the text size setting in Internet Explorer? That affects filler forms (I know, it is crazy). It needs to be set to medium.... Other than that, have you verified she has all Office & Windows updates installed?

I think I at least have the table rows hiding correctly for your scenario, and added a calculated value that I think summarizes your "Outside Services" correctly. I don't understand how "Op. 10" above is associated with the Customer Qty of 100? And I'm not really sure how to relate this data. But hopefully this will ...
