Thanks Jimmy. I will give this a go. Do I need to do this everytime I reference to a field on infopath? Can I perhaps set a global parameter?  

For anyone looking to complete this scenario without coding it can be done by following the steps listed in this blog:  http://blogs.msdn.com/infopath/archive/2007/01/15/populating-form-data-from-sharepoint-list-views.aspx It basically uses an XML data connection from a Sharepoint list. Cheers

Hi, Open the form in design mode and verify the font for a specific field by placing the cursor on that field. You have changed the font but may be forgotten to save the form.  To change the font of all the fields just hold ctrl+A then change the font according to your requirement.

Hello, Closing InfoPath form view means we have to shift one view to another view. At a time we can see only one in InfoPath. Above Anuma given code is for close the InfoPath form.

Hello, Can you check that URL is opened in Internet Explorer directly? If not what is the error it is retuning and give more detail on it. Check the your URL contains any empty spaces and Library Name contains name space then we have to replace with "%20" in the place of empty space.
