Thanks! The code seems to be correct. But when i try to run the form i get the following error in infopath.   InfoPath cannot open the selected form because of an error in the form's code. Index refers beyond end of list    

Thanks Shiva, Issue is resolved by adding shared path URN to the IE trusted sites in User's machine.
