Did you try once that URL is opened new form in Inter Explorer? Can you check once the URL path is correct or not?
You can give in the system name in localhost place.

Hey, I have asked this question before and I did get a reply but only in C#.
Sadly, I now found out that my entire form is made in VB, not C.
My question is really, could anyone give me code that calculates how many fields are filled in and converts that into a percentage?
This would be very usefull for my metadata, I'm kinda stuck ...

Thank you for your answer, my prolem is solved.
I switched the two rules as you suggested and kept only the 2nd data connection (creating the filename: concat(today(); " "; initials; " Travel "; ItemNo). My form creates only one file now, as it should, and with a correct filename.
