Instead of using the word "true" or the number "1," use the function true() if it's available in 2003. I only use 2007, and this is what you use there - true() or false() - but I'm not sure about 2003. I used to try to put in the text, and it would only work if I got the exact syntax correct (it's ...

Are you sure you need Outlook Properties, or are you talking about Active Directory properties? I think maybe because you look at Outlook properties to get this info, you are referring to it by that name? If you want to automatically retrieve any and all Active Directory information relevant to an individual and are using MOSS 2007, ...

Gayle,
If I misinterpret your question, let me know, but I think we can figure this out for you easily. Try these steps:
Create a secondary data connection to your SharePoint list that has all the data relevant to each person (assuming this is where the data resides). When configuring the data connection, be sure to check the ...

The error message being received is as follows: InfoPath cannot open the following file:
The following form template for the form cannot be found.
My assumption is if I publish the form to an Active Shared Directory on our network, then all should be fine? Your thoughts?

Yes, you are correct, the conditional formatting is just hiding the data showing in the form. That was the only way I could get only the rows to display that I wanted.
So my questions in relation to your suggested options are:
1. I'm not sure how to modify the query for the results directly from the Db. Are you ...

Hi Rico, welcome to the forums.
It sounds like the conditional formatting you are using is not actually filtering this date on the server side but just filtering the data from showing in the form using conditional formatting. if you are using the sum function this will sum everything including the data not showing in the UI.
I think you ...

Hi,
It is a good practice to design an InfoPath form using table. Just create a table and put all controls in a row and columns as per requirement. Make the alignment of the table as "Center".
Now publish the InfoPath form and upload it to the farm using central admin console. When u opne it in a browser, it will b displayed in ...
