Browser based forms make printing even tougher since it is getting printed by IE rather than the local IP client. I have not seen a way aound this.

This would not be possible.
Embedded means it is just putting the view in the body of the email.
You would need to attach the form to the email, or what I prefer is to submit the form to SQL or Sharepoint and just send a hyperlink in the email.
The form would need to be opened in Infopath for the file attachment to be available.

The best way is to use SQL which will generate a unique sequential ID with each submit.
In your case I would maybe have two libraries. Have one that is hidden by obscurity and you can control the view getting changed. That should help not being dependent on the main default view.
Or sometimes putting a date or time portion in the name ...

Hey Jenkins.
Add your data connection for submitting to Sharepoint.
Create a field for tracking the stage of the form which defaults to 1 with no updates.
Create your first view ( Step 1)
Put a button at the bottom called next. Add rules to the button, one is if stage = 1 set stage to 2.
Another rule is to submit to SharePoint and switch to ...

That looks correct.
I would have a field that defaults to Username(), I am assuming that is the UserID.
So your formula looks correct.
Have you put UserID on the form to verify what is coming across? USername gets the local username not the domain account. That is one limitation that I prefer an AD web service for so that it works ...

I would verify the values are an exact match with no extra characters.
Typically you would use a dropdown list or something where the user selects the filtered value from the secondary data, rather than typing in something free hand so that you can make sure there is a match.

Well I think there is some confusion.
I have done a very similar project with Oracle. It is just how you set it up. You would need to layout your data flow specific for this scenario.
With DBXL, they would install their own aditional Qdabra DBXL database and typically you would have some shredded or extracted data. This would contain all of the ...

For 1.
I am assuming you would want a repeating table or section. Drag you r secondary onto the view to create it. Then add conditional formatting to hide all but where username matches username in your main data.
For 2.
Yes you would want to use the approve field to control whether the button to approve is enabled or visible, etc.Again ...

It looks like you want conditional formatting on your repeating table to hide the rows if the conditionas you listed are not met.
In the properties you can find that. It will probably take some trial and error to get it. I recommend starting simple and working your way up.
You should be able to just say Sum(TotalFee). If you add a footer ...

Hey Fishman.
This is an involved scenario but doable. Access has issues anyway but the support in Sharepoint is pretty limited.
I am not sure what you ran into with DBXL but there should not be a problem with using the database regardless of the sync from your primary DB. I would think that would be your best option since the web ...
