 Whatever I just did now brings back the list of Employee Names to choose form. But, auto-populates the first email name on the list, no matter what Employee Name you choose.

 First form I sent:  Was using the 'username' function. But, the data was unreliable. Created Employee Name and Email list.  Employee Name brings back name list as requested in a drop-down box.   Query for Employee Name      EmployeeNameIsNotBlank      Set Field's Value   ...

 I created two other forms based on the previous format, and your sample queries and field values for this form. The only difference is the data. I have not been able to get the two new forms to mimic the auto-populate functionality of the first form. Please advise. Thank you,

New InfoPath form works fine on the desk top. All data, based data entered into the W/O No field, auto-populates all other field with the correct data.  Don, I've got another one. Different form (Employee Quals and Certs). I have a list with all the data. I created a form that mimics the one we've been working on. I also mimicked the queries and field values provided by you and Hilary. I cannot get the fields to auto-populate that data, like on the ITM form. Any suggestions?

I'm trying to use a Repeating Section in an InfoPath form to allow users to enter data about a deficiency, if necessary. The Deficiency Comments field does appear as a Repeating Section, but the user cannot enter any data into the field.

 Yes, that did it! Hand-craming a valid case sensitive Username returned the appropriate and correct email address. Problem is the list (of thousands) wasn't created so that both columns have data.  Why?  Because three weeks ago I had never heard of InfoPath; and, knew enough about SharePoint to be dangerous.  I'll reconfigure as instructed and give it a whirl. Thank you very very much!
