I did that, and have "substring-after(., "Attachments")" as the data source for the display (the full path is http://enet/New Product Development/Lists/Lab Test Request Summary/Attachments/List Item ID/File Name) so Attachments is the last consistent thing I can "hard code". Is there a way to also get ... Posted to Browser Forms (Forum) by GwenW on 11-17-2015 Re: Attachment url from Secondary Source - Possible to display an alias? I have be able to figure out a how to get the path shortened to just the pieces that change (list item id / file name). It's still not pretty, but a step closer. Anyone have any other ideas? Hi, I have a browser enabled form that needs to display hyperlinks to attachments in a SharePoint list. There will potentially be more than one attachment. I have a repeating table & hyperlink bound to the attachmentURL field (in Attachments folder from the secondary souce). Currently, the entire path of each attachment displays ... Posted to Browser Forms (Forum) by GwenW on 11-16-2015 Submit to Sharepoint List - AddAttachment Consistency issue Hi, I have a web browser form that a teammate is testing for me. It submits data and optional attachments to a SharePoint List using the qrules Submit to sharepoint list, with the mapping added parameter of dsname=addattachment. It works fine for me. It was working fine for the tester, but then for some unknown reason, the ... I had actually already tried this, and although it worked to put the %20 back in place of the spaces, for some reason the link wouldn't work. As a side note (something I found that may be of interests to others who find this thread)... At least for my situation - one InfoPath form captures the data (multiline text box) and pushes it into a SharePoint list (multiple lines of text data type field). Then a ... Posted to General (Forum) by GwenW on 04-16-2015 qRule SetValue command and Hard Returns in MultiLine Text Boxes Hi, I have a situation where I'm passing data into a temporary table (in InfoPath) in order to do a bulk submit to a SharePoint list. All text fields & boxes discussed below are set up the same (set to multiline, spell checker enabled and a text (string) datatype). My problem is that I have a multiline text box on the form. If the ... Thanks again! Posted to SharePoint Integration (Forum) by GwenW on 04-13-2015 Re: Looking for Guidance re: Heavy Use in regards to Auto-Incrementing Next Number Just to clarify, using check in/out works by only allowing one user at a time to fill in the form, correct? Since this is a browser form that is embedded on a sharepoint page with an InfoPath viewer webpart... if the form is checked out by someone else, what would the "form" on the page look like to a second user. Would is still ... Posted to SharePoint Integration (Forum) by GwenW on 04-13-2015 Page 8 of 11 (105 items) « First ... < Previous 6 7 8 9 10 Next > ... Last » Copyright © 2003-2019 Qdabra Software.
