Hi Ernesto,
This scenario is why there are two versions of this method: 2 and 2b. If you use the 2b method, the queryXml node will show up as a regular textbox node in the schema, just like database and table. With this node you can fill it with the result of a concat() operation that takes values from other nodes and generates ...

I'd have to see the schema to be sure, but from the error message it seems like the problem is that "eventObj.Source" resolves to an attribute node, and you cannot call selectSingleNode() from these objects.
What node is your OnAfterChange event firing for? If it is the attribute node, you should change it to fire on the ...

Ah yes, now I remember. You can actually do rudimentary filtering. columns is the list of columns that you want to return. filterColumns are the columns that you want to filter on. filterCriteria are the values for each of the columns. The number of filterColumns nodes must match the number of filterCritiria ...

Only the methods with a queryXml parameter allow you to filter and sort the results. Therefore, the GetColumnsForRows2 method does allow this, while the others simply return everything in the table.

Hi GLazkano,
I think this is a simple XPath error, but it is hard to debug without your form. Is there anyway you could attach it to your next reply so that I can look at it more in-depth?
Adam, could you explain how DBXL would help in this scenario? I'm not seeing the connection.

Hola Ernesto!
I agree this can be a little tricky. The problem is the simplicity of the Data Connection Wizard in InfoPath. It has a hard time describing all but the top levels of the SOAP package used for it's parameters. It's great that you have your XML query built, but now you have to inject it in the right ...

This is probably too generic and does not provide a precise enough address, but it's worth a shot. Maybe it will narrow down the problem.
var StockVirtual = DOM_Articulo.selectSingleNode("//Stock_virtual[../@ID = '" + ID_Articulo + "' ]").text;

Yup, it's in the details. Try this:
var StockVirtual = DOM_Articulo.selectSingleNode("/dfs:myFields/dfs:dataFields/d:Articulos/@d:Stock_virtual[../@d:ID = '" + ID_Articulo + "' ]").text;

Are you getting an error message? I'm not too familiar with the IP07 OM, but this looks sane.

Hi GLazkano,
This is because you have not defined the namespaces that exist on your secondary DOM. I think this blog post should point you in the right direction: http://www.infopathdev.com/blogs/matt/archive/2006/02/02/Setup-Namespaces-for-a-Secondary-Data-Source.aspx
