SQL server will available internally and externally. but your sql server will be placed in network locations. So that you can able to access the sql.
Can you check that is your SQL server and another remote location are in same network?.
And also one more Question, Are you using same user name for remote location and internal location ...

Hi,
Just change your second library data connection from "Test1" to "Test2" in the xsn. And then relink all forms in Test2 site.
