  • Infopath forms to folders

I have about 75 infopath forms that were submitted to sharepoint for the month of december 2008.  Workflow is complete, however a case might come up that they need to edit them.  These forms are requests for leave.  I would like to take those documents and move them to a folder named December 2008 within the same list. So as ...

  • Re: Slow View

Quick question, I'm now creating the new areas in my form for each section for instance: Administration (Group) Header (Group) Areas (Group) DptDGA (Group)Education (Group) I then referenced the Header/Areas/DptDGA from Admin to Edu.  So then all my new referenced fields are still bound to Admin, I right click and bind to the new Groups ...

  • Re: Cannot get to code-behind file

I found this which suggests that either the path to the proposed code file location could be too long, or the name of the form could cause a conflict. Perhaps try redirecting the location for the code to a nice short path, or doing a Save As and saving your form with a new name?

  • Re: Cannot get to code-behind file

I went to all the options, and changed my code language from VB to C#.  It allowed me to get the code that way.  I then removed the code, and switched everything back to VB - still works.  I guess I'm good to go.

  • Re: How do you STOP repeating tables?

Yup - well said - and you've hit the nail right on the head... I have seen it time and again and you have stated it very well - they see what something can potentially do, and then feel it should do it - right out of the box - no extra purchases, no hiring techies like you and I... I deal with small and medium business clients (and have ...

  • Re: Cannot get to code-behind file

I've never put code with this form template.  I did save the source files, just to double check, and no .dll. I have write access to the drive where I'm trying to put the code. If I start a new, blank form, I have no problem getting to the code-behind files.  But I don't want to have to rebuild this form from scratch - ...

  • Re: Slow View

That did it.  I followed how you counted for the TNA and was able to set up a count for my new area DptDGA Autonumber. Thanks for all your help.

  • Re: Cannot get to code-behind file

Does this form template already have code? That is, did you start it from scratch, or are you modifying a template someone else developed? You can find out where the template thinks its code is by going to Tools/Form Options and selecting the Programming tab. There will be a path to where it expects to see its code files (if they already ...
