When infopath start in the little window click on : design a form and after on the task pane click: New from XML document or schema...
A wizard come and you can add your custom schema!
But if you do that you schema is blocked you can't add a element, group or somethings else in the design mode you are obligate to manually edit your xsd ...

My english is to bad for explain very good, but in this form now you can't make conditionnaql formatting and all the conditionnal formatting that work ''yesterday'' don't work ''today'' it's a very strange error! I have to different formular that make this!
