Hi Jon,
Could it be a setting in IE for that particular computer? InfoPath uses IE to help render the form, sometimes IE settings can wreak havoc on your form. The inconsistent nature of this is a little puzzling but you might want to look at your IE settings for images etc on that PC and see if you can fix it that way

I don't think you can increase the amount of time the tool tip stays up.
We did a form for a client one time a year or so ago that implemented a tool tip in the taskpane (DHTML) and my developers had a lot more control over the tool tip there than in the default InfoPath tool tips. You might want to think about something like this as it ...

Hi,
Yes you can do this using the xpath expression option in InfoPath. Basically in your case you would use the function "concat" (to concactenate text & values from the form) to create the email.
I have attached a simple sample XSN that shows you how this can be done
Hope this helps

Hello,
I followed your instructions and they did the trick quite nicely. I do have one further issue though, and a follow-up question. My senario is this:

You'll need to save your form as source files. For IP 2007, this is available under the File menu... I believe the option in IP 2003 is worded slightly differently -- as 'Extract Form Files'. Then look in the folder you saved the source files to. Your view .xsl file may not be called view.xsl -- it may be view1.xsl, or some other ...

Hi Frederik,
Thanks a lot for replying. But i want to save this data into database. What i want is user opens this form. Select his/her name from EmpName drop down list.
And in the repeating table add a row, fill Task and Hours. Insert one more row and fill Task and Hours and then hit submit ...

To clear the cache is what I described.
Open InfoPath and you should get a window with recently used forms, etc. Highlight the template in question and over on the right task list use the Remove this form selection. Then try reopening the form and it should go out and get the latest version.
