I'll try it on a test form, see what I've got wrong there. When you say "it doesn't work" - do you just mean the formatting doesn't hide things as expected?

Hi Hilary,
Thank you for answering.
When I replace the expression in the rule by "xdXDocument:GetDOM("CNSS")/dfs:myFields/dfs:dataFields/d:SharePointListItem_RW[msxsl:string-compare(current(),ListSiteNames,
"", "i") = 0] ", it doens't work.
Best regards.

So - drag your secondary data source onto the form where you can see it, both query and data fields - add a button that executes the query. When you query for a specific form ID, do you get back all the rows you expect? Because I'd expect that to work.... I'm not sure if you are saying the data connection doesn't return all the rows, ...

Thanks for the help. The default nodes is beautiful, I added about 50 default nodes and set up the rules, it populates my Repeating table perfectly with all items from the list(secondary data source)
Now using a formID on the form that matches a formID in the data source, I tried to limit the number of items returned with a 'Query for ...

So, sounds like you are already using CAML to submit. If you want to copy repeating data without code, I usually use default data for that - add a bunch of nodes by default then use rules or defaults to populate them. I'm attaching a sample form that does this - save it locally, right click and select design to open in design mode & ...

I wonder if you move that filter - something like this:
xdXDocument:GetDOM("CNSS")/dfs:myFields/dfs:dataFields/d:SharePointListItem_RW[msxsl:string-compare(current(),ListSiteNames, "", "i") = 0]

All data fields work fine, but I would like to be able to retrieve the URL of the specific form, in SharePoint B, to include in the form for colleagues to be able to view the additional information if ...

Hello,
My request is simple. In a form, I would like to compare if the value of a field already exists in a sharepoint list.
I've created a data connection (with a sharepoint list) that I can use for some treatment. For a field, I made a validation rule which compares his value with the values of the existing sharepoint list.
The rule is : ...

Multi-selects are weird. I've definitely seen things like this before, where rules to set a value don't work as anticipated. I'm not at all sure why this works on create and not edit ... I would probably drag the field bound to the multi-select onto the form as a bulleted list & see what data source looks like in create vs edit. I ...
