Thanks for replying. First off your idea of hiding the box makes sense. I'm a little confused as to how the Current User and Account ID text box are to be filled out? Would that be through some outside flow, manually entered, or some other alternative?

A trigger? Like a powershell script or something? Too, being green to this, how do I locate or check for it?

Emails are not coming from the XSN - it has no email connections. So it must be coming from a workflow on the library - or perhaps from SQL? I do see that the form submits to a SQL database as well - any chance there is a trigger there that sends the email?
