Yes, as I said in my previous post, remove both sums as they are currently doing nothing, and enclose both halves of the formula (before and after div) with another set of parentheses, like:
((dfs:dataFields/d:tblFHeader/d:tblSec1/@fld11S) + la dee da + (dfs:dataFields/d:tblFHeader/d:tblSec9/@fld97S)) div ...

Now there are no errors in the formula, but it seems to just be adding everything together instead of adding the first set and dividing by the second set. I tried enclosing the second set in parentheses but that gave me an error.
Any clues? I've re-pasted the formula.

When ever I open a newly developed form, I get a prompt
Form will open in Offline mode.
You are currently working Offline.
To try to connect to data sources when the form is opened, click "Try to Connect." To use previously stored data, Click "Stay Offline".
Please let me know in how to get rid of this?? ...

a) Retrieve the file
b) Open the file
c) Export to PDF
