While I am not 100% functional, my IT got me (sort of) up and running. I have adjusted the form as you requested, adding Company as a list column. I have re-attached the form.

I have a repeating table that is pulling in a Sharepoint list. I then have a repeating section with an input field. These multiple repeatable fields need to filter the Sharepoint list. So here's the layout:
Repeating Section Group > input.
Repeating Table > dataField.
If Any input != dataField then hide.

In InfoPath 2010 I can successfully pull and filter data from an excel REST connection into my main repeating table. However, I have to edit the Default Values and add the number of rows I think I'll need which in some cases can be 300+. So - I'm confused about why you have the rules on form load - wouldn't you want to wait to run them till after someone is selected from the People Picker?
