Hi guys,
I am new to InfoPath. I am using InfoPath 2003 and doing Form submit to Sharepoint server.
Can I bypass the filename naming in "Data connections" (somehow it is mandatory and only allow you to get values from the schema) and using the original filename as the filename during submission via programming?
Any idea ...

Thanks, that did get rid of the buttons.
But sadly, the repeating field is still selectable by the user, and includes a copy control. This is a little confusing for the end user, since every time he/she clicks anywhere except one of the control fields, the whole page gets selected. I wonder if there's anything to do against this. Hi,
We can delete that by changing the view.xsl.
1. Open the view.xsl.
2. Search for the outer repeating table xpath. And below that you will find
<div class="optionalPlaceholder" ...
3. Remove this line. Save it.
4. Now open the form.

Hi all
It could be a simple question. I wish to know whether its possible to open up a .NET webpart and Excel template from an InfoPath 2007 form button click event. It is also okay if in the InfoPath 2007 hyperlink control we can pass query string variables to the web part..
Any input is appreciated.

I assume you are talking about the XSN file... To prevent read access to the form's XSN you will want to Enable Protection but then also lock down the permissions of the XSN on the server where you are saving it. I am just trying this out, so the database is local in access and I see the colums I created there, ...
