when customize and toolbar commands been deleted. Is there a way to reinstall these commands? If I still had the customize, I could do a reset. But I had the Customize command removed. All help and comments would be most appreciated.

Thanks for the information Janice, But, as you state the IRM only seems to limit users from copying, printing Saving and SaveAs.  And the cost seems to be prohibitive.
