Wow - so it sounds like even w/out using the local-name function the rule isn't firing - or appears to not be firing. I wonder if setting the postback to always would help? I mean - for performance reasons, this would be a lousy work around, but you many want to try it for just a field or two and see if it fixes the issue.

Super cool & thanks so much for linking to your post with the work around!!

Hi - we use TFS and it can be a little sticky (easier if everyone's workspace is the same path, etc, because of IP being so darned sensitive about where its files are). I sometimes add expression boxes to the form's views with additional notes & info - just set conditional formatting on the expression box (calculated value) to ...

Hi - use a default value for the total column instead of using rules to set it. If your option gets set to false, clear the values in column 2 - I'm attaching your sample w/ these changes. Save the file locally, right click and select design to see the changes / preview.

Run in debug, and take a look at the XML for Nav_Tag_DropDown_New and for newNode. I don't see the XPath for Nav_Tag_DropDown anywhere in the posted code, so ...

Delete is working fine for me in my form / list. I think we need to verify refresh is executing in your form - can you add a rule to display the QdabraRules result node after your refresh command executes?
-
Okay - I've attached your sample back to this post - save it locally, right click and select design to open, from there you can preview.
You had the rule to set the value on field3. So, for the rule to fire, field3 has to change (that's why you had to enter the space). I've removed the rule, and am using a default value on ...

I had a post in the thread that had a screenshot showing how to use a SharePoint List form to manage multiple items? But I think you may be talking about something else - could you add more detail?
-
I've not forgotten you - this is on my list for today... :)

I don't actually understand your question - I'm sorry. Can you attach a template that shows your issue under the Options tab in a reply?
