I guess I'd try to check and see if there was a value in the 2DS for Form 1 in an open rule on Form 2 and set the field's value from there.

Is DeleteRange what you really want here? I mean, don't you just want to delete some rows where the fields inside are blank? I would loop through the nodes, add the blanks to an array, then use DeleteSelf to delete the items in the array.
Read the remarks section in this link.
I'd do something like ...

I'd concat the first initial, middle initial and last name, then take a substring of that.
Like this:
substring(concat(substring(FirstName, 1, 1), substring(MiddleInitial, 1, 2), LastName), 1, 8)
So, that gives you the 8 char name you need and you can add your translate around that, then concat in the domain and \

I'd use calculated values (expression boxes) - one with the value of each field - and hide the one you don't need based on conditional formatting using your checkbox. Does that make sense?

Does Form 1's data change a lot? That is, does it need to be refreshed every time the second form is opened? Or only when a new form is created?

You shouldn't have to nest your concat:
concat(desc, "(", qty, ")@", price)
I guess the one issue you'll run into is formatting price - it is likely a decimal data type. As such, you may just want to use one expression box (calculated value) for everything up through "@" and another expression box for the ...

Hi - I'm having a hard time understanding your question. Is this happening when you fill out the form? It could be the combo box is not correctly bound. If you put a new combo box on the form and preview, just to test, can you fill it out?
-
Is the form data base bound? Or is something else consuming the end XML? I guess I'd continue to say - just use one repeating group - put as many fields in it as you need - only display those you need for each table.
However - if for some reason these really must be two separate groups - I think what I'd do is use a default value ...

Not using CAML, I'm afraid - you can use CAML to create the list item and then code + AddAttachment web method to add the attachment (our product qRules also does this, if third party add ons are an option for you).

Hi - I have a silly question. Why do you need two tables with exactly the same information? Why not just put the same table on the form in two places?
