Yup - and I was going to mention it, but didn't want to start making stuff too confusing. :)
You want the url, a comma and space, and then the text for the display. Basically, you want to submit:
http://myformurl.xml, View Form
So, you'd add to your concat:
concat(SharePointListUrl(), "ARPD-", arpdNum, ".xml, View ...

Have you tried the same steps w/ a different workflow form? Just to try to rule out whether it is the specific form that is an issue? Can you attach a screenshot of the pop up you get about the new fields that asks if you want to refresh the data source?

Where are you looking for the new fields? In the fields pane? (Sorry if that sounds super patronizing - but just want to be clear that I don't think the fields will appear on the form's layout until you add them...)

Thanks, that makes more sense now. The error message of Value does not fall within expected range is likely an error being returned from SharePoint that qRules is surfacing. I'd like to see your actual form - if you could mail it to Support AT Qdabra DOT com and include a link to this thread, I'd appreciate it. Please try your form ...

I don't understand what you are saying here:
Which of the two mappings associated with the command (refresh SpListItems) /dsname or /mapping might be related to the message.
Dim Nav As XPathNavigator = Me.DataSources("PartsList").CreateNavigator()
Dim Conn As AdoQueryConnection = Me.DataConnections("Main Connection")
Know how to run your code in debug? Here's short ...

So - and I apologize for the trouble I'm having following / understanding this thread, but it is Friday and my brain feels a little broken right now - can you please summarize what you need to do with the form template you sent me that you can't do? The original post was simply about adding a checkbox - and I can see on opening the ...

Hi - since the form is working in filler correctly, one thing you can try is to set (via a rule) the "useWebServices" node in the QdabraRules data source (should be in the Form folder) to "true". This will force the form to use the same code in the browser that it does in the filler. I'll file a case in our bug ...

Hi - if you know the name the form will be using on submit and the URL of the library (in InfoPath 2010 there are some new functions available for that), absolutely. I would add a field that uses a calculated value to store the URL, and have a hyperlink column in the list that it submits to.

Yes - sorry, it is much easier for me to understand if I can see the template.
