I am using InfoPath 2007.
How can I disable the remove option in the digital signature. I have search far and wide and cannot find a solution. One person suggested doing it programmically by doing the following to the OnChange handler:

You can paste multiple columns from Excel into InfoPath 2007 Client but if
you load the form in a browser it doesn't work, is there any way to paste
multiple rows / columns into a browser InfoPath form?

Onn further analysis.
I found that a couple of Access fields further along were to small for the text being inserted. An error was being produced.
And at the same time the infinite loop was appearing.
I corrected the fields that were too small. Any errors appearing before, are now not showing. ????????????????

First of all, normally you wouldn't want to change the data that a user has selected when the form was created in the first place.
But if that is possible in your case, I would recommend to do a check on submission to check whether the dropdown item selected by the user exists in the retrieved list or not. Be careful ...
