Hi, If you are adding Header and Footer from “Viewà Header and Footer” menu. This will apply only to the Print page. Header and footer will be displayed if we click on the “Print Preview”. But it will not display when we create pdf from InfoPath form.  

Hi riaz_secl and welcome, The datapicker control only works in IE, In mozilla it will only check if the date is valid, but it will not show you the calendar.
