Actually, username is the way i always reference people and always teach clients to do that. It's the only unique identifier. Trying to use first and last names is very hit and miss. I hadn't seen that restriction and am not sure it's true, but I can try to test it with an Office 2003 user (if we have any left) or from a server with Office on it (better choice).

Hi,
Once try the below steps.
1. Open the form in design mode.
2. Go to Tools ->Default values.
3. Check whether repeating fields (which are not showing in the form defaultly) check boxes are checked or not. If it is unchecked, then check those check boxes and click ok.
