The form did require modification to the publishing settings.  I had to check all the boxes for editing.  Did you take the sample form and do the same by publishing it to a new form library with the editing boxes checked? Noted, re: SharePoint. I don't know why you're getting that wierd behavior when publishing to email, but the "sent to mail recipient" from within the form is definitely not how you want to do it.  Have you tried publishing to a network location?

Hi there, and thanks for trying our product. Yes, Qdabra’s Query Builder tool uses the 2007 InfoPath Object Model (OM). Therefore, it is not compatible with InfoPath 2003. What are you trying to accomplish? Perhaps I can suggest a workaround...

I finally got the server portion installed after a lot of problems but when I try to install the Query Builder on my workstation I get that it cannot register a template because it was created in a newer version of Infopath.  Ver 12 which would be Infopath 2007.   We only run Office 2003 with no plans to upgrade anytime soon. ...
