Thanks again Hilary! That was so simple!

After the last name field, add a comma. Then use the insert function button to find and select the now() function.
-
Just add as many columns as you need - you won't be able to just add "back end" and "front end" and associate the same columns with all your different fields. You'll need Red Front End, Red Back End, NPI Front End, NPI Back End, etc.

I'm trying to link to a InfoPath view from my Site Homepage. I'm using: http://xxx.com/sites/hrprocess2/_layouts/FormServer.aspx?XsnLocation=http://xxx%2Fhrprocess2%2FStartersandLeavers%2FForms%2FAllItems%2Easpx&DefaultView=Change of Details.
At first an error was coming up but now it just brings up the default view? Any ideas?

Afternoon
I'm trying to place the 'Now' function in a formula so that a unique item name is created every time a form is submitted. The formula as it stands is: concat(my:First_Name, my:Last_name) . How would I format the Now function to make the formula work? Every time I drop it in I get an error.
