Apparently it was only working because the key field was also shown in the view. The form does a calculation based on the highest numbered ID of submitted form, and so once the highest form is no longer on the view, it then overwrites other files.
I have gotten it working for now by changing the default view to one that shows all forms, and not ...

Hi,
I have one form uploaded for users to fill out. However, this form has 11 different views for 11 different departments, but all of the views share in common name fields, date fields, department representative fields, etc. Whenever a form is filled out and saved/submitted, it does this fine, but when it is opened back up, it always ...

What is the full URL when opening the form in the browser, both when opening from the Intranet and when opening from the Internet.? The URL you gave was just partial - the full forms services URL is much longer and includes the "Source" attribute that tells the browser where to go upon closing.

hi,
I am wondering if this type of functionality would be possible with info path forms:
create a form foran internet website
user populates form and submits
the data in the form is then split into 3 sctions and each of those sections populates a list
So essentially one form populates 3 different lists in sharepoint.
Cheers

The error occures on each and every var. I have checked the xPath and each and every line is correct.

Hi -- so you want no rows to be in the repeating table when the form opens? Under Tools, select Default Values. You can then remove the single node that is added by default to your repeating group when the form opens.

Hi:
As to thing #2 -- the answer is 'no', I'm afraid. You can create a form off a database, and then you will have the built in submit to database functionality that InfoPath provides. But the only way to submit to a database from a form that has already been created is going to be via code or a web service.
You could use the data ...
