I decided that I'm going to use a web service to submit the data to the SQL database from the secondary data source based on the account number on the form. The row for the data will already be in the database. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated!

Hilary, On the last page of the Data Connection Wizard, for the Main Connection, it says "Submitting to a database is not supported in browser-enabled templates".
