InfoPath itself can only email the form - it can't email text separate from the form. However, this could all be done with SharePoint workflows connected to the form library or list where the form is being submitted. Posted to General (Forum) by warrtalon on 01-09-2011 Re: Publishing my Infopath form to a new site Why is the form admin-approved? Does it contain Full Trust custom code? Why are all the data connections converted to UDC? ARe they connecting to external data sources? If you simply publish the form to the form library or list in dev then re-publish to the new site and check that box at the end, everything carries over without ... I don't think this applies to browser forms, because when the form is rendered, it is connected to a template (XSN), so unless you have multiple templates (i.e. separate content types), it has no way to maintain the previous schema/layout. It can't know what this is - it can only call from the existing ... Submitting like that from browser forms is very tricky due to the authentication. When opening a browser form, the WFE acts on your behalf, which causes a double-hop. If you don't have Kerberos enabled for the farm and for Excel Services, then it's not likely ... Not sure about that receiver thing, but when I create workflows (always in SharePoint Designer), I can always get the values of my promoted InfoPath properties, because if the data is in the SharePoint list/library, then it's visible to the workflow. It doesn't matter if it's a doc lib, list, content type, or admin-approved (also ... The AccountId value works for sending emails if you're trying to send workflow emails based off this field. If that's not good enough, you can retrieve the WorkEmail value of the user's profile from the User Profile Service by using the technique on my blog. You must ... Unfortunately, my environment is nowhere near yours, because I only maintain 2010 test farms on my laptop now, and my clients are all Win7 ... I may have missed it, but I don't think you ever acdtually said what the goal was. You mentioned details about how you're trying to build it, but did you ever actually say what the end goal was? YOu kept referring to wanting a repeating table, but I'm not ... Posted to SharePoint Integration (Forum) by warrtalon on 01-09-2011 Re: InfoPath 2010 questions? Ask here. It's not a published method (that I know of), and I haven't even tried it, because it is not a sustainable solution. But, if it helps you, then here it is: Open up the page containing your document library view Click Add/Remove Columns in the Ribbon (under Options tab in List View Tools contextual ribbon) Remove “Name ...
