Hi, I think the easiest way to get started is to create a list in Excel and then save it as XML. Then open the XML file in Notepad and you can see a basic structure.

Hi,  I think you are setting “Username” value when user name field is blank. Just add “open Rule” to set the user name value. Don’t add any condition to that rule.

Hi, Can you publish your form template to shared location or SharePoint (Make sure all your users have permissions for that machine or SharePoint) and create xml file from that location and send it another users. Now they can able to open the form without any issues.  

Hi, As of my knowledge you can’t get the count for one field without adding to promoted list. Add that field to promoted list and then you can get the count for that field.
