Of course you are brilliant again, now i just need to figure out how to get the Request Type in the submit to work. I am seeing the Request type (second field) showing up in SharePoint, any suggestions on how to get it to work in the submit?

Not showing up in the promoted field in Sharepoint. I realize i will have to have multiple submit connections for each but I was testing on this one to make sure it works. So far it is not filling in the field in Sharepoint on submit.

I had to change the field name in my form and now i am getting this error. I dont want to completely rebuild my form or rebuild my forms library in SharePoint. Please tell me how I can fix this? Dorinda
