I made your sujected changes and the 4 fields are still blank when I re-open the form. I also opened in Notepad and the data is there. So, I am at a lost as to why the fields will continue to be blank. I am attached the XML file.

Thanks for the reply...i reviewed that thread and already enabled the DisableLoopbackCheck flag in the registry on my application server, rebooted and i'm getting the same issue.
