Is your button doing anything else? or just executing the code for the export?
-
Where are you executing your code from? A button? A field change event? When the view is switching? Try searching online for the exact error message.

Hi - does your code work with a hardcoded value in the export statement? I'm going to guess that your XPath here is wrong:
Dim myFIELDVALUE As String = myNAV.SelectSingleNode("//myFIELD", NamespaceManager).Value
In the main data source of your form, in the designer, right click the field you want and select Copy XPath. Then ...

Yes. You need to add a validation rule. Use the conditions I am showing in the screenshot. Set the validation message. You need to do that for all fields concerned. I'm attaching your sample with this logic in place for field3 & field6 and drug all the fields onto the form so you can see the validation change based on your drop down ...

I've attached a screenshot showing the custom validation rule conditions for field3 in your sample that would achieve this.

At any rate, the /xpath parameter for your delete command needs to be the XPath to the repeating element(s) you want to delete. Are you trying to delete the last instance of a row that matches the ID of the row your are currently in? I'm ...

I should have been more specific. Your attempt was:
concat("Delete /xpath=my:myFields/my:BPResults/my:BPSubmit[last()]/my:ID /value=", ID)
The Delete command does not have a /value parameter.

Did you find the actual error message in the trace log? The error message may help you figure out the issue with your code. Or help me help you.

Just to be completely clear:
There is no way, to my knowledge, to filter a drop down in an InfoPath 2007 browser form without using code.
HOWEVER - is there any chance you can personally move to using InfoPath 2010? Since you are publishing the form to SharePoint 2010, in InfoPath 2010 browser forms filtered drop downs are ...
