Success! Here are the specifics in case anyone encounters the same issue. On the TriggerValue field create two rules:
Rule1

Expression: "not(//my:myFields/..../my:TriggerValue[. != 'No'])"
Action dialog:
First combo box: "Set ...

Of course I read your post. I'm very sorry, I wasn't thinking and should have taken more time with my last post - doing too many things at once. What I wasn't seeing is the option "The expression" under the first field in the Condition dialog box. Like I said, still fairly new to InfoPath. I'll ...

Hi, and welcome:
It is your XPath that is the problem, I suspect.
Rather than this: "/dfs:myFields/dfs:dataFields/dsf:OwnerEntity/[@value = '" + value + "']/@owner"
Try this: "/dfs:myFields/dfs:dataFields/dsf:OwnerEntity/@owner[../@value = '" + value + "']"

Then put the rule on the TriggerValue field.

Hi:
You can simply create a repeating table on your form, with the number of columns you want to display. Users can click the 'insert' widget to add rows.
It sounds like you've just started using InfoPath? You might want to check out these MSDN labs for some basics -- while written for 2003 much of the information holds true for ...

I dont think there is any easy way . you have two choices. Make the changes in second form , or save a copy of first form and make changes to that so that it looks like the second form. which ever is easier.
