Where are you putting this statement? Is part of this a condition, and the rest the formula you are using? Because InfoPath doesn't have "if - else" in rules....You'd need one condition for NReparacao = substring-before(now(), "-") and then a rule to set the field's value (with the checkbox to stop running ...

I can't think of a good or safe way to do this. I personally would not recommend this. I don't know how you would track which IDs have been deleted, and don't think any benefit would outweigh the amount of effort and potential pitfalls.

I would add a field to my form (outside of the repeating group) and use a double eval to concatenate the emails and promote that. More here: http://blogs.msdn.com/b/infopath/archive/2006/04/05/569338.aspx

Well - can't you query the library for this info? and then display it in a repeating table in the form? You can order the data in the data connection.

I don't understand the issue - first you say that you "don't have to click the search button again" but then you want the form to refresh to so you CAN hit the search button again? :)
At any rate, to answer the title of your message, if I wanted a button to be clicked only one time in the session of the form, I'd use ...

I'm struggling to understand the issue - can you post a screenshot of the form schema for the field you are promoting to SharePoint? You can attach a file under the Options tab in a reply. I do think there may not be an easy way to do what you want here (I think you want a column in your SharePoint Library that has 1 or more hyperlinks ...

Do you mean with a rule? If so, not via the built in InfoPath functionality. This can be done w/ custom code (or with qRules, an InfoPath add in that do things like this via rules - more here: http://www.qdabra.com/en/products/qRules_new.aspx)

Hi - does the NaN (Not a Number) error persist if you fill in some values in the fields that you are averaging? Here's a link to a blog post that may be of help in that case: http://www.braintrove.com/id/71

Okay - so the issue you are going to have is that InfoPath and form libraries just simply don't work like this. One filled out form = one item in the library, regardless of how many items you have in a repeating table. There is no way to change this behavior. It is possible to save data from InfoPath to a SharePoint list, and that would ...

I'm sorry, I don't really know what you mean. In a form library, with promoted properties, you will get one item (row) per submitted XML. If you promote repeating fields, you can "merge" the data, so your one item (row) per XML might have a number of entries in that single column. Say your column is Department, and ...
