hi,
try dropping the file attachment control inside a section, and write conditional formatting on that section.
-
there is only if you are writing code or through data validations which you obviously dont want
-
you will have to create a secondary data connection to fetch data from your sharepoint list, then associate the connection with your drop down.
to create the secondary data connection, go to tool data connections -> add new and follow the wizard.
to bind your data connection to drop down. go to proeprties of drop down and bind it

XPathNavigator xnDoc = null;XPathNavigator xnDoctemp = null;
xnDoc = this.MainDataSource.CreateNavigator();
xnDoctemp= xnDoc.SelectSingleNode("/my:myFields/my:fieldname", this.NamespaceManager);

hi Shraddha,
you will need to have as many labels on the form as there are fields. and have conditional formatting on the labels according to the data required in the respective field.
-
in the form link (hyperlink) mention
source parameter and put source=your redirection page.
-
hi,
for this you will have to exact sizes to every field, instead of saying 100% or specifying in %age.
-
in the file name field, click Fx,
then click insert function ->
go to all and select concat,
in the concat arguments
click on double click to insert fields, insert your name field on one and delete other two,
after the comma of first one click insert function and insert now() function
that should work
