Is there any way you can break up the options into two or more cascading dropdowns (there are countless threads about them on this forum)? A dropdown with 700 options sounds a bit rough on your users.

Yes, I did use QueryBuilder to create the query. But the problem is not the number of records being pulled in. It's that all the fields are not available in the data source window after adding the Data Connection. I found previously that as long as all fields are populated in the first record in the list then all the fields I have ...
