hi ramii,
i dont know what exactly you mean by multiline of richtext coz richtext is always multiline. Any ways, i also faced such type of problem in which on pressing tab on some fields the tab goes to address bar. i found out that this happened to only those fields on which postback functionality has been set other than never. check if this is ...

Got the solution to this. I just went ahead and unchecked the feature which says 'Update this value when the result of the formula is recalculated' which appears below the formula.

The formula is: count(full path to listbox1's field[. = full path to listbox 2's field])so if my first listbox is bound to field2 and my second listbox is field4, the formula would be: count(/my:myFields/my:group1/my:field2[. = /my:myFields/my:group1/my:field4])I'll let you experiment around with any rules/default values for ...

To prevent the deletion, you can do one of two things:

2. Write code which determins whether the row can be deleted and not allow the deletion if it can't.

Why are you trying to assign a byte array as a field value? InfoPath uses Base64Binary for files and images. I don't follow why you are converting from base64 to begin with? If you are trying to dig into the innards of the file itself, then why bother assigning it to a field value instead of just working within the code?

Unfortunately with rules, InfoPath treats repeating nodes with an all-or-nothing attitude. There is no built-in filtering for a rule to specify a particular repeating node to update, rather they are all updated. This is unfortunate behavior in my opinion.
Some users have reportedly modified the manifest.xsf file to manually add in a filter to the ...

This all depends on the upgrade settings you have for the form. If you are using automatic upgrade, it will use an auto-generated XSLT to convert your old XML files to the new schema. This generally works well in most cases. However, if you are concerned of data loss, you can always write your own custom upgrade (a lot more complicated) or publish ...

I had this strange behavior with infopath using RichText control.
Tab Order jumps to the address bar when using RichText. when I change them to
multiline tab order is proper.
(Form has a contact selector control where the control initially goes on loading of the form. After that on
hitting TAB directlygoes to address bar, then to ...
