Here's a StackOverflow question that has info on the default location of the SharePoint log files. Try opening the form so that you get the error, then hop on the server, open the most recent log and search for the correlation ID. Default is here, I think, for ShP 2013: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\web server ...

So - you know the value is being set in your form correctly, and you have promoted that field to the library?

Hi - you don't need code here. Just conditional formatting. Disable the fields if the preceding-sibling is not complete. Here's a sample - save the file locally, right click and open in design, then preview to try it out.

Hi - is this published to an on-prem SharePoint install? Or Office 365? If on premises, you should also get a correlation id in the error message that you can provide your SharePoint admin - they can review the log files and get you additional info on what is going wrong. Do you know what you may have changed in your form between a working publish ...

Is this the full XPath? Can you check the Edit XPath box in the formula editor?

If, instead, you have a form field you'd like to set with that info, you can do the same thing in a rule on form load, or on ...

Looks like we have a typo in the user guide - I've let Ernesto know & sorry about that!
Syntax for the command is:
SubmitAsUser /dsname=SubmitDataConnection /username=UserToImpersonate
The additional observations in the user guide are correct - this can only be done in admin deploy forms - I'm not sure about whether only ...

I didn't see any rules setting the Thumbnail field - I do see it has a default value. I also in the rule inspector didn't see anything setting the Hyperlink field. Am I missing something here?
I guess what I'd do is put the Thumbnail field on the form again, as a text box, so you can verify the URL it is getting set to. Like I said - ...
