so i have a field in an infopath form called autonumber i manually edit this field and set default value to 0300. then i edit the form to a use a formula which looks at my library and pulls the highest number +1 when i submit a new form. well i do it but when i submit it i just get 301 instead of 0301. Yes, you've posted your error before. I think the 'uniqueItems' is referring to a drop down control. You may want to save your form as source files and look for that in the view.xsl. Feel free to attach a copy in a reply under the options tab if you'd like me to take a look.
