Hey Keith.
Welcome to the forum.

There is no built in function for this unfortunately and you must use some code. This thread has some attached or search on DateDiff()

Yah you are getting it.
You would add the View field to your datasource, it would not probably be shown in the view.
I would put conditional formatting on the submit button with conditions.
viewfield = view1 and age is blank or viewfield = view1 and salary is blank. Submit is disabled.
Or you could put it as the first ...

Nope.
You add the field to the data source.
You are using buttons with rules and actions to switch views just add another action to set a fields value.
If using code then again you would set the field value when executing a view switch.
Once this is done then put rules in Open (under tools - Form options) which checks the user and the ...

Welcome to the forum.
Full Trust is a pain. It requires that your form be converted to an MSI and installed on each users computer. SO each time it is updated it would need to be redeployed to everyone.
Typically I avoid this at all costs.
Why does the standard functionality for save and save as not work? Or why can you not have a submit ...

This needs to be done manually.
Create a field in your main Dom called View.
Set its default to the name of your default view.

Once you remove the data source you just need to find in your form where you were referencing it. That is what it takes. So update your drop down where it was used, etc.

You can submit via rules.
You can have as many submits as you want.
Just set submit options to rules and then put conditions as needed and fire the various submits.
Often you could put conditional formatting on the button and it would be disabled until the validation was right.

The xpath tns vs s0 is trivial, you just need to make sure you use what is in your form.
Have you considered using an XML file or database to house this information?
That could be simpler. I have used a SharePoint list to keep this data, but only because the list would be updated via SharePoint. If you are going to manage the updates ...

Welcome to the forum.
have you tried accessing the web service via data conenctions rather than directly in your code?
For a browser based form you would need to convert to a UDC, this can be done with one button click as a data connection.

Hey Mario.
I am doing something similar. If users do not have Infopath it will open in the browser automatically. IPFS does this check by default.
You can add an option to the URL to force it.
http://site/_layouts/formserver.asmx?XsnLocation=http://site/FormTemplates/template.xsn&OpenIn=browser
That would typically be placed in ...
