I have setup the Infopath form using DBXL DAT Tool. It works fine when used from within the DAT tool. I deployed the form to Sharepoint using the Sharepoint tab in DAT Tool. Also, modified the Sharepoint library settings to open the form in browser. Still, the form opens using Infopath client. Can anyone please help me to resolve this? Also, ...

Are you saying that only 255 characters are showing inside the fields in the form, or are you talking about the data in the fields showing in the form library? If you changed those fields in the form from what they originally were, then that data may have been cut off.  Does your form library have versioning turned on so that you can ...

I had a infopath document library with already filled forms. I have updated the template this year and now its only showing the data upto 255 character in the text boxes where the original data in same boxes is more than that. Yes, those are its 3 nodes and is all it can do.  You do not populate it with the UPS info when names are chosen or inserted.  However, I do regularly auto-populate those 3 fields with UPS data sometimes so that people don't even have to select a name by doing this: DisplayName = UPS PreferredName of either the logged-in user, ...

Thanks Patrick.. That works when i add a rule. But i lost the date formate. I need the date in the formate "dd/MM/yyyy" Instead of "yyyy/MM/dd". Thanks & Regards Govind.
