You can download all items and then filter on market but that's going to be a performance nightmare.
To parameterize your query either a) requires code, or b) requires a Web service.
A Web service is better since you can use it for multiple XSNs and you don't have to bother maintaining code in the form.
Qdabra provides a Web service ...

Modify the schema to add maxOccurs attribute to the node. You'll have to save as source files. Open up the XSD. Find the node and insert maxOccurs on it. Then save and right click manifest.xsf to get back into Design mode so you can publish with the manually tweaked schema.
Ain't InfoPath wonderful! :)
Funny! That's the same thing ...

Yeah I tried that as well, but found that when you hit the limit the user cannot delete any sections. It would be good in sone cases but I needed to stop users from adding new items. Its a pity the condition is both insert and delete and not seperated.
In actual fact if you limit your forms to Browser based forms only, Form Services ...

I appreciate the response, but this solution does not seem to work. I moved the ticker/CUSIP controls to the left of Quantity and Dollar Amount but I am still getting the "back to the beginning after tabbing" problem.
The form works ok when you select "Equity" from the Asset Type, but when you select Mutual Fund and ...

I want to create 2 queries for East and West markets, for example, one query would have the following ...

We've created a form in Infopath that users will have a link to in Outlook message sent to them each week. They will fill the form out following the link and then submit the completed form which is sent via email to someone in Human Resources.
When HR receives the emailed form, which is in the body of the Outlook email, ...

Here's how I did it from a standalone C# EXE. Not sure if you wanted it for an Infopath form or a standalone EXE.
1. Add the directive "using System.Diagnostics;" at top.
2. Add a reference to "Microsoft.Office.Interop.InfoPath.Application"
// Open a new shell (as hidden) and kick-off Infopath with the cache ...

It doesn't look like you can alter the error message that InfoPath displays when using Browser enabled forms, well without using code.
What I have done in the past is to display an expression box with the error message desired and set conditional formating to display only when the number of occurences of the reapeating section is equal ...

I need to publish a fully trusted InfoPath 2007 form that I've developed in VS2008 (with VS2008 SP1 installed) and want to do it by creating an installable form. My problem is that I cannot find an option anywhere within VS2008 that would create an installable form. If I select Build> Publish the resulting Publishing ...
