If I recall correctly, in browser forms the behavior of text box and rich text box controls is different from the client -- I don't think they will auto-size. Try making your text controls bigger prior to publishing so that you have room for a couple of lines.

In the code for your button, you can check your form for errors prior to running the logic:
if (this.Errors.Count > 0)
return;
for example....

I'm a little confused when you mention writing a CAML program to create your form? What happens if you try to publish a simple browser form created in InfoPath as a site content type by following these steps? That is, do you think the problem is with your InfoPath template? Or with your Forms Services setup?

Do the following on you infopath code behind.
HttpContext.Current.Response.Redirect("http://yoursite.com/somepage.aspx");
Ensure that you have the form Security with "Full Trust". That is located under Tools --> Form Options -->Security and trust.

Hello rtkfour2, I actuall had the same issued on one my forms and never found a solution or the reason. What I did was do a try catch and add the same code to the catch.

Hello Lawson. In order to export the content of an infopath form you would need to:
1) Open the XML
2) Read all nodes or the specific node you would like to export to excel in your case.
