If you are using a normal InfoPath form (i.e., not a list form) and are not using browser forms in SharePoint online, here's a sample:https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/aa339bf1-72e1-4efa-b1e4-403fb7785c96/how-to-select-all-items-in-multiselection-listbox-in-infopath-2010?forum=sharepointcustomizationprevious

This isn't possible, for the same reason as your other question, except in this case, code isn't an option because we can't add code to list forms. FormsViewer can do this - both for list and library forms, so if this is a feature you need, you may want to check it out. :)

Prior to "https" you need to select your field that has the attachment URL and add a comma. You'll see in my sample I had placeholder text for that.
-
Are you using SharePoint online? Or on-prem? If online, forms with code can't be published as browser-enabled, just so you know. https://www.infopathdev.com/forums/t/15120.aspx has some sample code.

No, I don't really understand, I'm sorry. Once you are using query fields on the User Information List, do you still get errors on exceeding the limit? Did you try to test to find out which data connection causes the issue?
-
Not without code or third party tools like qRules / FormsViewer. InfoPath doesn't natively expose that information - it stores the attachment as base 64 in the XML for a library form, and when it displays the file name, it is reading it from that base 64.
-
I think you could use substring-after(substring-after(URL Field Here, "https://eddnet/sites/TestSite/Lists/TestRequiredFields/Attachments/"), "/")
-
I'm guessing this is related to your other post - what does the URL look like? This must be a SharePoint list form, right? So the URL will have the item's list ID prior to the name? What's a sample URL?

For the User Information List, if you set the Account query field to the value from the userName() function in InfoPath, then run the query, you will get the data for the current user. Please note that userName() returns a different value in Filler vs. the published browser form - so you'll need to test in the browser.

Can I see your form? You can attach it under the options tab in a reply. For the User Information List you should be able to use a query field - set to the value of the current userName() - I'll go figure out which query field to use for that - then run the query. Is the User Information List the only query that causes the error?
