I hadn't seen that restriction and am not sure it's true, but I can try to test it with an Office 2003 user (if we have any left) or from a server with Office on it (better choice).

I'm not sure if that part is possible, because I've never tried, since there's really no good reason to do it that way. You would need to have the form template published to that recipient form library first, and then you'd need to still use "submit to email" in your data connections so that the form got submitted ...

Just copy and paste the controls. It's very easy. The data is always there once it's filled out. Controls just display the data, and you can have as many controls as you want for the same data field. It's much easier than you thought.

I'm very confused by the scenario. The users fill out the form anonymously in the form library where the form is published, and you want to get the form back into the form library by emailing it directly to the library instead of just submitting it to the library? that does not make any sense to me. Why exactly can you not ...

I'm trying to answer you on both forums, but you have to clarify the situation of whether it's multiple forms or one form with multiple views. You keep saying it's one form, but then you refer to the "second form."

I've seen your unique struggles and hope that I can help you keep the faith.

That is strange. The problem with SPD is you can't give me a "template" to analyze. If this were InfoPath-related, then we could probably work it out. As it stands, all i can tell you is that this function DOES work, so maybe your best bet is to go create another workflow on a different list and see if it works when ...

so after 10 minutes or more, it still says In Progress and still shows that it's waiting 7 minutes from the time it was initially kicked off?
Did you add the Log to History List actions before/after the pause and before/after the next steps?
-
Probably should set it to a 1 minute pause for now for testing purpose.
Ok, so what happens after 10 mins currently?
When the workflow starts, does it say "In Progress," and if you click on "In Progress," does it show that it's pausing for 7 minutes?
Put extra actions throughout the SPD workflow design that Log ...

Here it is:
eval(eval(ContactEmailGroup, "concat(my:ContactEmail, ';')"), "..")
It's because you used the GUI to select the ContactEmail node, but that's a different Xpath than what the Blog shows. Notice how Person is a resolved field name, but my:Email is straight Xpath. You have to actually type ...
