I tried to apply this code.
However, I received the "[Collaboration Data Objects - [E_ACCESSDENIED(8007005)]]" error and I also see the same error on the link above. Unfortunately, I cannot see the solution under it.
Could you kindly help to resolve this error?

Spoke too soon above - the Default Values menu option is on the IP tools menu, but not when developing in Visual Studio. How can I set this value in VS designer?
UPDATE: Spoke too soone again - I just found that too - it is the same as Form Options - Advanced - Edit Default Values

thank you for the help :) but still did it another way .
I have made a main form with 1 drop down, this contains the 3 dealers.
if you choose dealer 3 for example a new form will open and you can choose the system there and get the price (of dealer3) filled in automaticly
so i have 4 forms in total , 1 main and 3 dealer forms.

first error "Infopath cannot submit the form. an error occurred while the form was being submitted" can be caused by various things. e.g. submit code failing, adequate permissions not available on server, server too busy, server not available...
"the file is in use by another application or user" some times the forms get ...

Infopath 2007 has the Logic Inspector... Tools --> Logic Inspector...
Not sure if 2003 has it as well??

Guys, I'm having issues with getting data promoted to my sharepoint site. The data is being queried by QueryDB and then held in a field in the main datasource. The fields are full when the form is saved, but nothing is being uploaded to the Sharepoint site. Any ideas?

we often face this type of issue if the server gets too busy, or we are promoting a lot of columns say above 150, just a suggestion, try publishing the same form on a different document library, if the form publishes without any errors we definetly have an issue with your publishing to your old document library.
