Could someone wirte a tutorial on how to delete item(s) from a SharePoint list using qrules? Please and Thanks!

Is it a way I can create a new form and publish it to an existing library and it pull that libraries data?

You might want to take a look at our Active Directory Web Service - it's a very helpful tool for this sort of problem. Details are here. It's a standard web service so it works in InfoPath and in other applications. Ted

1)well update forms automatically will update the forms automatically no need to worry about that. 2)well adding a field inside a repeating table is ok as well. 3) when you open the archieved form it will refer to the latest template
